Handling Times

Generally 1-3 Business days

If you need your items in a hurry then we strongly recommend you purchase express shipping, which will put your order at the front of our processing queue, processing times at our Melbourne premises are between 1 and 3 days depending on purchase date, we generally do not process orders over the weekend, Australia post may then take up to 4 weeks to deliver depending on your location, some customers receive their orders quickly and some don't, if you require your order within a specific time frame please choose express shipping as we make no guarantees on our delivery partners delivery times. 

 

Pick Ups

We are open for pick ups at our front office between 11am and 6pm.

Please wait to receive an email or phone confirmation that your order is ready before coming.

 

My order doesn't have a tracking update

If it has been scanned into the Australia Post system it is working its way to you through their delivery routes, if there has been no update in 5 days since a previous scan, email to let us know and we will open a case with them to encourage movement. Please note - Australia Post times are not guaranteed  we strongly recommend buying express shipping if you need your order by a specific date. 

If your order has not been scanned into the system yet but does have tracking contact us to check its progress.
